- Can't I just do this with ChatGPT?
- You can — once. The hard part isn't writing one newsletter; it's writing a good one every morning, in your voice, keeping it accurate, and publishing it again tomorrow, and every day after that. That's a job, not a prompt. We run it. The same is true of every system we build: a prompt isn't a system. The system is the part that still runs when you've forgotten about it.
- What kinds of things can you automate?
- If it's repetitive, has rules, and someone at your company sighs when it comes up — probably that. So far: client intake, newsletters and social posts, lead scoring and routing, client portals, internal scheduling, report generation, chat support.
