Smart Guide App

Third-Party Integrations
The Smart Guide App integrates with Canva, a third-party design platform. By connecting your Canva account:
- You authorize My AI Fluency to upload images to your Canva media library and create design documents on your behalf.
- You may disconnect your Canva account at any time from within the Smart Guide App, which immediately revokes access and deletes stored tokens.
- Your use of Canva is also subject to Canva's Terms of Use.
The Smart Guide App also uses OpenAI (for audio transcription), Anthropic (for AI action detection), and Google Firebase (for authentication and file storage) as processing services. Your content is sent to these services solely for processing and is not retained by them beyond their respective processing windows.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Smart Guide App. Generated screenshots and documentation derived from your content belong to you. You grant My AI Fluency a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
The Smart Guide App is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated transcriptions and action detection may not be 100% accurate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Smart Guide App.
