Our Story
My AI Fluency was founded in 2024, born out of the success of My DAM Services — Henrik's digital asset management consulting company that had spent years helping organizations get control of their content.
As AI tools started maturing, the three of us kept seeing the same pattern: businesses knew AI could help them, but they were drowning in hype and short on practical systems. Everyone was talking about AI. Almost nobody was building anything that actually ran week after week.
So we built My AI Fluency to bridge that gap. We don't consult on AI strategy and hand you a deck. We build the system, configure it to your business, and keep it running. Our team has collectively deployed AI systems across real estate, food manufacturing, consulting, healthcare, education, and SaaS — real industries with real operational constraints.
The Team
Three founders with complementary backgrounds — we build it, run it, and stand behind it.
Jorge builds the actual systems — custom Claude Code integrations, AI automation pipelines, and the backend infrastructure that makes everything run. He's been deep in AI tooling since before it was mainstream, and he spends most of his days writing code, configuring models, and figuring out how to make complex systems feel simple.
Frank has spent 25+ years in marketing and advertising across a wide range of industries, so he knows what a strategy actually needs to work — not just look good on paper. He runs client onboarding, manages ongoing relationships, and makes sure the systems we build are actually aligned with each client's business goals.
Henrik has written seven books on digital asset management and hosted hundreds of podcast episodes interviewing practitioners across advertising, finance, media, and education. He brings a content strategy perspective that's grounded in how information actually gets organized, used, and remembered — not just produced.
